Service Description
This class consists of a mix of all encompassing core muscles consisting of abdominal muscles, obliques and all spine supporting back muscles. The class is designed to improve postural muscles while increasing range of motion and flexibility in the body. All strength exercises are complimented with a stretching series to help loosen the hips and back to alleviate the stresses of everyday life and the toll it plays on our body.
