This class is a great opportunity to experience interval training at a little easier pace than our Hardbody HIIT. This circuit will work your total body with two 45 seconds sets per station , as you move around the circuit you will not only work your muscles but also improve your cardiovascular endurance as well which is great for the heart and lungs!
